The award-winning structure consists of two pavilions flanking either side of a central heated pool, with a central 40-foot tower. Utilizing movable panels and multiple doorways, the house can almost be entirely opened up. According to Chatham, "The house functions best with all doors open, blurring the distinction between indoor and outdoor living."
