Pescado Seafood Bar & Grill is a casual fine dining, seafood grill & rooftop bar in Rosemary Beach town center. Pescado is located on Town Hall Road atop the Orleans building with excellent views of the town and the Gulf of Mexico.

Expect stunning sunset views, extraordinary service and eclectic cuisine.  While Pescado caters to the over-18 crowd for dinner service, it does welcome all ages for seasonal brunch Wednesday - Sunday until 3:30pm. With dining room, inside bar and outside rooftop bar seating featuring views of Rosemary Beach rooftop architecture and the Gulf, guests will enjoy an ever-changing view from any seat in the house. 

Complete with small plates, raw bar, entrees, a la carte and nightly features, the menu changes with the season in order to maintain a sense of sustainability. Favorites include Chef’s Ceviche, Sushi Grade Tuna Rolls and Grilled Octopus. The menu is also aimed towards a shareable experience hosting dishes such as Whole Lobster or the 32 Ounce Prime Bone-In Ribeye. An extensive wine list is heavy on both new world and old-world high-end wines. Pescado also boasts craft cocktails with the finest spirits.

Pescado hosts a Rooftop Hour, Sunday Brunch with live music, Wine Dinners and many other special events. The space is also perfect to host your special occasions allowing full buyouts of the venue.

For something a bit more casual, visit The Courtyard at Pescado, located on the ground floor of the Orleans building. Based on the vibrant feel and musical heritage of New Orleans, the inviting outdoor courtyard is adorned with greenery and is the perfect shady place to unwind with pre or post dinner cocktails.
