Chef Jim Richard and crew at Trebeache' (and Stinky's Fish Camp) presented the inaugural Crawfish Festival on March 25, 2016 at Trebeache' with live music from Blue Lew, The Steenos & Washboard Jackson, and The Charmaine Neville Band upstairs in the ballroom.
Crawfish Pie, Boiled Crawfish, Crawfish Tamales, Gumbo, Etouffe, Crawfish Mac & Cheese, and cold drinks.
