Saturday, September 5

College Football Kickoff Watch Party | The Summerhouse | 11 AM–7 PM

The lawn at The Summerhouse transforms into game day central for Alys Beach homeowners and rental guests. Catch the action on a large outdoor screen under a shaded tent with lounge seating, with games streaming from 11 AM through the end of the 2:30 PM matchups. Broadcasts will also play inside The Summerhouse and at The Silva Bar, with food and drink options available throughout the day.

Labor Day Weekend Yoga & Sound Bath | Amphitheatre | 8 AM

Start your morning with instructor Swan Michelle for a restorative yoga and sound bath wellness session in the Alys Beach Amphitheatre. Designed to help you reset and recharge for the season ahead, participants are asked to bring their own mat. Purchase Tickets

Red, White & Blues Concert | Amphitheatre | 6–8 PM
