Valentine’s weekend typically means romantic dinners and flowers for most, but for Walton County residents and visitors, it also signals the much-loved annual Valentine Tour of Homes.

This beloved event offers an exclusive opportunity to step inside some of Walton County’s most captivating spaces, showcasing breathtaking interiors, renowned architectural design, and scenic settings. It’s the perfect way to infuse your winter beach weekend with inspiration and charm. Tickets are on sale now online!

Saturday, Feb. 8 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday, Feb 9 | 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.

The annual Valentine Tour of Homes is a fundraiser for the Cultural Arts Alliance. The rain or shine two-day event offers a self-guided tour through some of Walton County’s most unique homes representing diverse architectural styles, beautiful interior design, historic significance and fine art collections on Saturday, February 8 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday, February 9 from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.

This year’s tour highlights an extraordinary collection of homes located in Santa Rosa Beach, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and residences in the New Urbanist town of SEASIDE®.

Please note that all homes on the Tour are private residences. Contact the CAA office in advance for questions regarding accessibility, and best efforts will be made for accommodations.

PARKING:

  • Home #1 parking is available at Dune Allen Regional Beach Access at 5999 County Rd. 30A. Tour goers are asked to follow signage to enter on the Dune Dr. side. Visitor parking is not permitted on neighborhood streets, please follow signs to parking.

  • For Homes #2 and #3, parking is available around Smolian Circle and Quincy Circle. There will also be a shuttle running exclusively for the Tour from the Hwy 283 South public parking lot to Smolian Circle.

  • For Home #4, parking is available at 30 N. Castle Harbour Dr.

  • For Home #5, parking is available in permitted area marked on the roads.

  • Please park in non-restricted areas and pay close attention to parking signage in each community. Do not park in or block driveways. The CAA will not be responsible for any parking fines or towing.

  • Car pooling is encouraged

Tickets are $40 in advance through Sunday, February 2 and increase to $50 beginning Monday, February 3 through the event weekend.

All Tour of Homes event ticket sales are non-refundable.
