Grit & Grace Presents A Dreaming Place JUL 18-20 & 24-27

Grit & Grace, the Official Folk Life Production of Walton County, will present A Dreaming Place at two different venues in July. Seaside Rep’s Executive Director Brook Stetler will bring Walton County’s rich oral history to life during the onstage production.
Opening weekend for the production will be held at the South Walton High School auditorium on July 18 and 19 at 7pm, and on July 20 at 2pm. The cast and crew will wrap up the month of July with shows held in DeFuniak Springs at the Walton High School auditorium on July 24-26 at 7pm and on July 27 at 2pm.

Mark Douglass, President of the Board of Directors of Grit & Grace, Inc., had the vision and goal of taking the production to all areas of Walton County. "The Grit & Grace organization is excited to bring our 2014 production A Dreaming Place to more venues and audiences throughout Walton county than ever before. This year's play promises to be a multicultural experience that will surely delight locals and visitors alike."
Tickets are $15 for Adults and $12 for Students and Seniors and will be available at the door or may be purchased online. Tickets may also be purchased at various ticket outlets throughout Walton County; Café 30A and Sundog Books in South Walton; TJ’s Table and Nick’s Seafood in Freeport; and The Book Store, Bogey’s Restaurant, and the DeFuniak Herald Breeze in DeFuniak Springs.
