Spring Events At The Village Of Baytowne Wharf In Sandestin
March 5, 2026 by SoWal Staff
Tucked away along the shimmering shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay, The Village of Baytowne Wharf continues to serve as the vibrant heart and soul of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. As we move into March, the Village is shedding its winter coat and leaning fully into a season of outdoor festivals, open-air music, and the kind of coastal energy that only spring in South Walton can provide.
The highlight of the month remains the beloved Wednesday Night Concert Series. Every week from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Events Plaza Stage becomes a magnet for music lovers. Locals and visitors alike stake out their spots with lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy a curated lineup of regional talent.

March Wednesday Night Concert Lineup:
March 11: The Salty Strays
March 18: Funky Lampshades
March 25: Forrest Williams Band
The festivities shift gears on Saturday, March 7, for the annual "Motors in March" auto show. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Village streets will be lined with everything from classic hot rods and muscle cars to exotics and imports. It’s a high-octane afternoon that also gives back, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Children in Crisis charity.
Between the events, you can wander through the maze of eateries and shops, or head over to The Village Door for a bite of slow-smoked BBQ. The energy here is infectious, especially as the live music kicks off. The stage at The Village Door regularly features fan favorites like Ike Bartley, the beloved local saxophonist known for his soulful blend of jazz, R&B, and instrumental hits. Catch Ike on stage March 7 from 6-9PM.

You can also see Brie Marie March 6 from 5-9PM. Brie is a gifted vocalist with a warm, authentic singer-songwriter style. Her voice carries both strength and subtle emotion, drawing listeners in with honest, heartfelt delivery. With thoughtfully crafted originals and a natural stage presence, she creates an inviting live experience that feels personal and genuine. Whether it's a smooth afternoon set or a driving evening performance, the music sets the perfect backdrop for a Baytowne evening.
Spring Break Alert: Beginning every night on March 6, The Village Door (voted best place to dance on the Emerald Coast) lights up the dance floor with drink specials and DJs to keep you moving.

With the 39th Annual Sandestin Wine Festival already on the horizon for April 16-19, the momentum at Baytowne is only just beginning. The Sandestin Wine Festival brings an opportunity for discovery.
