Celebrating all that our “30A beach vibe” has to offer -  resident musicians, fresh catch seafood, and area artists (check out local legend Bryan Hand’s barroom mural) -  Red Fish Taco (RFT) prides itself on delicious food and cocktails, great music, and good times set in a casual yet eclectic atmosphere.

For nearly 14 years, Resort Resale on Hwy 98 in SoWal has been an excellent resource for locals,  second homeowners and rental owners. And recently it's gotten even better!

The cavernous store houses all manner of gently-used, high-end furniture, rugs, decor, and art - enough to furnish many homes. It's one of those rare places you can walk through a dozen times and see something new every time. And then a week later it's totally different with a constant and exciting changeover!

If you want to experience the authentic Grayton Beach vibe you can't do any better then renting Dune Watch, a classic Grayton cottage overlooking the amazing field of dunes of Grayton Beach State Park. The sunset views from the open or screened porch are phenomenal!

The St. Joe Company has announced plans to build a Watersound Town Center to include a Publix and additional commercial space in SoWal's east end to open summer 2021.

Alaqua Animal Refuge announced today the opening of its new Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, located on five acres within their original Whitfield Road property in Freeport, Florida.
