Puppies & Pilates at Alaqua

Alaqua Animal Refuge invites you to Puppies & Pilates on Sunday, August 2 from 10AM - 12PM. Led by Aly Gray of FIT30A and Chemical Fitness 30A, join  for a morning filled with movement, community, puppy cuddles, and supporting an incredible cause. This event is 100% donation-based.

This energizing 45-minute Pilates class is designed for all fitness levels—whether you're a seasoned Pilates lover or trying it for the very first time. A limited number of mats will be available, please bring your own mat if you have one.

Come early, stay late, and soak up the atmosphere! Before, during, and after class, enjoy shopping and snacking with an amazing lineup of local vendors including: Indi Wild, Hot Girl Cookie, Bethlehem Breadworks, Happy Hound Collective, Petals & Pots, food trucks, and more.
