Phillips Inlet Access is a simple beach access about 200 yards south of US 98 in Inlet Beach at the end of South Walton Lakeshore Drive. Properly permitted vehicles are allowed but there is little room (66 feet) so it is primarily used only for launching boats and drop off. It's about a 1/4 mile walk to the east to reach Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park.
Sugar Dunes Beach Access in Seagrove Beach is about 1/2 mile south of Scenic 30A at the end of Beachside Drive on the east side of Eastern Lake. There is a shower and a short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach.
