Even back in the early nineties, Palm Beach County was “getting too crazy” for Brian and Jan Ethridge. They decided to pull up stakes and move to a calmer place right here in Seagrove Beach where they opened Angelina’s Pizzeria and Pasta in 1994.

Sundown on October 29, 2015 was the end of an era as a day-long celebration of Seagrove Village Market Café came to an end. Free food, beer, wine, and music was shared with hundreds of people inside the old market, and outside in the parking lot and on the street. George and Ann Hartley went out with a bang and opened the doors of the old market for the last time.

When he decided that Bud & Alley’s would begin breakfast service, he and the crew packed their bags and caught a flight to New York in search of menu inspiration. After seeking out the most important meal of the day all over the city, they brought the best recipes back to the place with the best view in the world. Breakfast at Bud & Alley’s was born.

In this episode, Emeril travels to South Walton in Northwest Florida. The first stop is The Bay, a restaurant owned by local chef favorite, Jim Shirley. His menu features Southern Gulf Coast cuisine, sushi, craft beers and crafted cocktails. Next is Vin'tij Wine Boutique & Bistro, which features an eclectic menu with one of the best wine lists you'll find in a small restaurant. Emeril then takes a tour of the many events held in South Walton throughout the year including a wine & food festival, a fashion week, road races, a film festival and a beer festival.
