Win Tickets to Artists for Animals Benefit in Grayton Beach
October 31, 2013 by SoWal Staff
Here's your chance to win a pair of tickets to Artists for Animals at Grayt Grounds of Monet Monet in Grayton Beach, Nov. 14, 2013. The event will benefit two local charities, Alaqua Animal Refuge and Sinfonia Gulf Coast. SoWal.com is giving away two pairs of tickets to this grayt event - we'll pick two random winners on Nov. 11, 2013.
Save the animals and support the arts at this unique art auction event by barber & gall promotions. Attendees will browse and bid on various one-of-a-kind pieces of art, and also sample the fabulous fare at four "chow" stations, all while enjoying the open bar. Members of Sinfonia will also entertain guests with a special performance of Peter & The Wolf, narrated by Aimee Shaffer. Tickets are $50 each and include cocktails, fabulous fare, live entertainment and more.
The event will combine the visual and performing arts to raise funds for both organizations. Throughout the last few months, various local and regional artists were invited to create individual works of art in various mediums, while drawing inspiration from music, animals or both. Nearly 40 fabulous pieces of art will be auctioned off at the Artists for Animals event.
“We are thrilled for this opportunity to work with barber and gall promotions and raise funds to further progress our musical programs,” says Demetrius Fuller, Director of Sinfonia Gulf Coast.
“This unique event will help support Alaqua’s mission of saving animals and second chances. We are so thrilled for this opportunity and are very excited for the event,” says Laurie Hood, Founder and Director of Alaqua Animal Refuge.
